I got an "invalid serial code" error where my unlock key should have been.

After ordering your product, you receive an email which should have contained your unique unlock key but instead reads 'Invalid Serial Code' where the unlock key should have been displayed.


Please contact Customer Service with the product serial code and purchase details, by either email or phone to have an unlock key issued.
