Situation
When performing a fax of a document and you enter notes into the notes field of the fax dialog screen, you find that the notes are not entered into the notes area on the coverpage when viewing the WinFax Pro send screen.
Solution
This occurs when you are previewing the send screen in WinFax Pro. When you choose to show the send screen, WinFax will assume you want to enter notes here instead so the notes are not brought over. However, to resolve the issue, do NOT show the send screen. On the final outgoing fax the notes will be included on the cover page.
