How to De-Activate DocAdmin 2008 in order to install on a different computer.

You would like to move your install of DocAdmin 2008 to another computer and you need to first de-activate your software in order to re-activate it on the new computer.


Before you uninstall DocAdmin 2008 from your current computer, you will need to first de-activate the DocAdmin 2008 software.  To do this, use the following steps:

  1. Open DocAdmin 2008 by going to TOOLS menu and choosing DocAdmin.
  2. Go to the Help menu and choose About.
  3. Click the "Deactivate" button in order to de-activate the DocAdmin 2008 software.

Now you can install the DocAdmin 2008 software on the new computer and re-use the original serial number you were given and then you can activate the software online.
