When sending faxes out of ACT! using FaxAdmin and MS Fax, dialing rules do not appear to be working.

Dialing rules are in fact working so long as they are create correctly.  However the box that displays the number being dialed will still show the full number including the area code.  For example, if you need to dial the number "(555) 555-1212 without the area code and you set up a rule to do this, the number being dialed will be displayed as "+1 (555) 555-1212" but what is actually being dialed is "555-1212".  We are aware of this and hope to correct it in future versions to display what is actually being dialed.
