Step 7. Status

Once the merge has finished processing, you will get to the Status screen which will display the results of the merge.  Here is a description of each line item:

Records Added:  This is the number of records MergeAdmin added to the ACT! database

Records Merged:  This is the number of records that were found as a match and updated in the ACT! database

Records Skipped:  This is the number of records that found no matched and based on a setting of "Do Not Add" were skipped

Update All Lists:  This is the number of updates that occurred to more than one match based on your match criteria.

Here is an example of the Status screen after the merge has taken place

Click OK to close the Status window and click Close to exit MergeAdmin
