Getting Started

MergeAdmin 2010 is a wizard based application.  In order to start using MergeAdmin 2010, you will launch the program by going to START > PROGRAMS > ASDS > MergeAdmin 2010.  You can also run MergeAdmin 2010 from within ACT! 2010 by clicking the from the toolbar in ACT!

NOTE: Help is available throughout the process by clicking the "Quick Help" link on the left hand side of the MergeAdmin 2010 program window.  This will bring up help topics associated with the current wizard step you are on.

Note: Upon starting MergeAdmin 2010, you will see a prompt with notification of how MergeAdmin 2010 handles field histories.  History for field level changes is only available via ACT! 2010's field level history option.  This is not part of MergeAdmin 2010.

Once you click OK to this prompt you will be taken to MergeAdmin 2010 as seen below:

NOTE:  If you have previously saved a configuration file you can open this by clicking "Open Configuration" from the File drop down on the left hand side.
