Selecting Contacts

Here you can select which contacts are going to receive the fax attachment.  By default, the current lookup will be used if you do not go into the "Select Contacts" dialog box.

See the example below of what options you have for selecting contacts.  You have the following options as seen below:

 

•All Contacts
•Current Contact
•Current Lookup
•Contacts in Company
•Contacts in Group
•Companies

 

Here is an example of the "Select From" box.

When choosing the "Select From" drop down for "Contacts in Company" you will get a list of your ACT! companies to choose from as shown below
