FaxBlast Options

Depending on which faxing provider you have chosen to use with FaxAdmin, the "Options" you will have available to you during a FaxBlast will change.  See some examples below of the options for the various faxing providers.

ASDS FaxManager FaxBlast Options

Send during Off-Peak time will cause the fax being sent to use the off-peak preferences that you have set in WinFax Pro

Show Send Screen will display the WinFax Pro send screen prior to sending the fax.  You will then have additional options available since you will be in WinFax Pro prior to the fax being sent.

Preview fax will display your prepared fax in the WinFax Pro viewer.  This will give you the ability to preview the fax prior to sending.

Attach fax document to History (1st file only FaxBlast) will create a history of the Fax Blast that was sent AND place a copy of the document on the history tab of the contact.

Send later will let you set on the fly what time etc. to send the fax.

NOTE! It is highly recommended that you enable "Show send screen".  This will allow you to finalize your Fax Blast from the send screen of the fax solution.  You can also choose any of the other options that you may want for your Fax Blast.

FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro FaxBlast Options

Show Send Screen will display the FaxTalk send screen to show the outgoing progress the fax is making.

Send Now will send the fax immediately

Send at scheduled time will delay the fax until the chosen Date and Time from the selections
