4. Copy Database Functionality
The "Copy Database" button will copy the entire set of rules for your current database into the Access Items list for a different database such as a remote database that has been cut from a parent or server database. In the example below, we have created a remote database from the parent database for Chris Huffman and named his database ChrisHuffman_Remote. Also based on the list of rules we have created, the "Current # Items Setup' shows "2". In the "Please enter the name of the new database" section we entered the full name of his remote database as it was created in ACT!.
IMPORTANT! In order to see your new setup after copying it, you must log out of your current database and log into the new database
